FAQ

Questions, answered

The questions most often asked before beginning a kitchen or joinery project. Can’t find yours? Simply call us.

How do I request a free quote?

Our one-minute enquiry form is entirely multiple choice: you type only your name, phone number and email. Or call us on 0475 116 754. Your quote and consultation are free, with no obligation.

What do you design and build?

Kitchen renovations and new kitchens, custom cabinetry and joinery, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, laundries and outdoor kitchens. We also welcome projects from builders, architects and interior designers.

Which areas do you service?

All of Sydney, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, North Shore, Hills District, Western and South West Sydney and the Sutherland Shire, plus Wollongong and the Illawarra, the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter.

What makes Naboulsi Kitchens different?

We’re a young, family-run Sydney team with a design-led approach. We bring fresh ideas, refined finishes and intelligent storage to every project; every piece is bespoke and made to measure, and as a family business we oversee each project personally.

How much does a new kitchen cost?

Every kitchen is quoted individually, as size, layout, cabinet finish, benchtop, hardware and any plumbing or electrical changes all shape the investment. Select an investment range in our enquiry form and we’ll design to it, then prepare a free, detailed quote.

What happens after I submit my enquiry?

We review your answers and contact you the way you prefer: by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. From there we arrange a consultation, measure your space, create a bespoke design and prepare your free quote.

Are engineered stone benchtops still available?

No. Engineered stone benchtops, panels and slabs were banned across Australia from 1 July 2024 because of the silica risk to workers. Natural stone, porcelain and sintered stone, solid surface, laminate, timber and stainless steel are all available instead.

Which cabinet finish should I choose?

2-pac (polyurethane) gives a seamless painted finish in any colour. Laminate is exceptionally durable, with an extensive range of colours and woodgrains. Timber veneer brings the character of real timber, and thermolaminate offers moulded profiles such as shaker at a more accessible price. We’ll recommend the finish best suited to your home.

Do I need council approval for a new kitchen?

Replacing a kitchen inside an existing house usually doesn’t require council approval. Structural changes, heritage-listed homes and apartments (which require strata approval) can carry additional requirements, so check with your council or strata manager. We’ll flag anything we notice during your consultation.

Do you work with builders, architects and designers?

Yes, and we’d be delighted to. Send us your drawings and finishes schedule, and we’ll quote on kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries and custom joinery for your project.

Do you build outdoor kitchens?

Yes. We design alfresco and BBQ kitchens with weather-resistant cabinetry, corrosion-resistant hardware and UV-stable benchtops, made for Australian conditions including coastal salt air.
